Jalapeño Pineapple Popper Dip

This is a sweet and spicy take on the classic jalapeño popper. Creating it into a dip just makes it more sharable!

This recipe is a great dip for the Super Bowl. It is shareable and the spiciness can be scaled to fit your audience.

Recipe

Ingredients:

2/3 cup crushed pineapple

8 oz. cream cheese

4-5 diced fresh jalapeños

1/2 cup shredded cheese

5 slices of bacon


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soften the cream cheese. Dice the jalapeños. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, crushed pineapple and jalapeño. Mix until combined. Add contents to a baking dish top with bacon slices. Bake at 375 degrees until bacon is cooked.
